Status of antithrombotic thera

Antithrombotic treatment can significantly reduce stroke risk in patients with atrial fibrillation. Although the guidelines again and highly recommend antithrombotic therapy, but studies have shown its clinical application rates remain very low. This study was to assess China AF (atrial fibrillation,AF) or number of antithrombotic therapy in patients with atrial flutter and the degree of INR control. In the study of antithrombotic therapy in patients with AF is insufficient. Aspirin is the most commonly used antithrombotic drug, warfarin significantly underutilized, especially in the higher stroke risk in patients with non-valvular AF. Even in patients using warfarin anticoagulation therapy, often caused by treatment because the INR value is very low.
