Sodium citrate combined with A
United States researcher found that sodium citrate combined with vascular angiotensin converting enzymes inhibitors (ACEI) treatment of hypertensive nephropathy can effectively reduce renal tubulointerstitial injury, delay estimate glomerular filtration rates (eGFR) to reduce process. Related articles online published: International January 13, 2010 of kidney (Kidney Int) magazine. This prospective cohort study included 59 patients with hypertensive nephropathy, metabolic acidosis, without primary hypertension and diabetes or cardiovascular disease, accept the ACEI antihypertensive therapy. 30 cases of patients receiving both sodium citrate, and 29 cases were reluctant to accept sodium citrate, as a control. Follow-up of 24 months found that renal endothelial-pigment markers urinary endothelin-1 levels of excretion and renal tubulointerstitial injury markers amino-n-acetyl-beta-d-glucosidase level are significantly reduced. EGFR marked reduction in reduce the speed. 24 month, sodium citrate treatment and control compared eGFR significantly higher. www.cmt.com.cn
